3 Bedroom House in Jasper, Greenwood

The goal is to “simply relax”!
With our cabin-like feel and modern conveniences, we have no doubt you will enjoy your time here.
The master bedroom with queen size bed in the private loft features a full bath with standup shower.
The main level hosts a second queen size bedroom.
The "Bunk" room has 2 twins and a full bed as well as a full bath with shower and tub.
There is an additional half bath off the living room.
Our full kitchen is well stocked with cooking tools, oils, spices , spacious dining tables and ample room for the family to relax.
A short walk past the hammock and tire swing to our swimming pond features a beach with a very gentle slope into the water, welcoming toddlers to big kids!
Spend the day here as it boasts a charming pavilion featuring a large grille, kitchen sink, picnic tables.
In the evening start a fire in our Solo fire pit area next to the pond. Endless firewood on site.
Have some s'mores and tell some tales!
Additionally you will find a 1/2 bath, outdoor shower, life jackets, swim and sand toys, cornhole, and kayaks.
Layout in the sun or canon ball off the floating dock.
Call dibs on the shaded hammock for an after lunch siesta.
Our lower "wildlife" pond is a great place to enjoy mallard ducks and our resident blue heron early in the morning.
Catch and release fishing is welcome.
Fishing poles are on the porch!
Take a relaxing walk through our Hickory Woods, or perhaps play in the gently flowing creek.
Glean from our seasonal vegetable gardens!
Be sure to pick some fresh mint and enjoy your homemade tea.
Our little Vineyard and Orchard are gaining maturity!
The sky here is loaded with stars as there is no city lights to be seen for miles and miles.
Best enjoyed from the hot tub!
We provide all your basic linens, soaps, TP, paper towels, and laundry supplies.
We have high speed fiber optic internet as well as a desk area.
Pets? Well they are family as well right?!!
We have a HUGE chain link fenced, shaded enclosure for your dog(s)..
Pets are always welcome in the house as well!
What about a day trip off the property?
Cruising around the back roads you will find country folks going about their farming at a casual pace. Be sure to stop and visit some of the many Amish as they are hard at work crafting hand made items. Don’t forget to pick up your locally sourced honey or maple syrup.
Venture out to NY’s award winning cidery’s, distilleries, wineries.
Besides all of the stunning Finger Lakes, some other area must see locations:

We do not have multiple groups at once.
We would love to share this beautiful property with you.

Our caretaker home is very rarely occupied when guests are on site.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at the cabin. Communication with the owners was so quick and easy, and the cabin was well stocked with everything we needed. The cabin itself was really cool--rustic decor, and extremely clean. The weather wasn't great when we were there so we didn't have a chance to really enjoy the outdoor areas, but the beach, pond and outdoor bar/grill area seem ideal for a nice day. Totally recommend this place for a peaceful and relaxing getaway!

Summary: We were a group of 4 had an amazing time, plenty of space for everyone. Out in the country nice and peaceful and the beds were soft.The property manager Corey answered any questions that i had. Looking forward to going back next year

Summary: Amazing property. Like a compound away from the world with beautiful scenery and views. My older kids stated if they could imagine what heaven was like this would be a piece of it. Just an incredible experience all around. Looking forward to going back for a weekend getaway. Host was so helpful and communication was on point!!

Summary: We brought our three dogs to this property. Two of which are young and high-energy breeds. Both dogs spent every morning in the fenced in kennel playing and then walking around the property. The upper pond was perfect and they enjoyed swimming with us. This location is perfect for anyone who wants to enjoy nature especially with their pets. The location was beautiful, the property was clean, and overall a unique and wonderful experience. I would recommend for anyone who wants to relax and enjoy a nature filled get-away.

Summary: We had a great stay. This property was clean and very well taken care of. The outdoor area was unreal. Our dog loved running around and swimming in the pond. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the pots and utensils. We enjoyed everything about this property!

Summary: The perfect family getaway, lots to do, or just relax. Beautiful home and property. Everything you need and more. We loved the house, the kayaks, the vegetable gardens, the porch, the huge dog pen, the fire pit, the hot tub, just everything! We hope to come back and enjoy with more family, as there is lots of space for everyone. 💕

Summary: If you're looking for a private get away - stop. Book this now. Words cannot describe how amazing our stay with our two pups was. First things first - the pictures do NOT do this place justice. It is absolutely incredible. Second, this home is immaculately clean. Not a spec of dirt or dust. I dare you to try and find some, you won't! It gave me such peace of mind knowing how clean it was. The home is amazing, wonderfully decorated and stocked with essentials. The outdoor area was serene and beautiful, we swam in the pond all four days. The outdoor tiki bar was amazing, fire area was so nice. Sand was an excellent touch. The hot tub was perfect as a night cap. We didn't want to leave... I would live there. I don't have a single complaint or area of improvement. Truly a peace of heaven. Corey was very responsive to any questions I had as well - we will definitely be making this a yearly trip from now on.

Summary: We wanted a place to just getaway and relax! This place was exactly what we needed! Simple on simpson was absolutely beautiful. The cottage was very clean and up to date, the beach pond was perfect for swimming and kayaking, and we saw a ton of cows! We enjoyed the firepit with a ton of wood to use. Corey was the perfect host and always was in contact. You can tell he takes much pride in cottage and land. Would definately go back and recommend to friend and family!
